What you will do

• Own and drive QMS strategy including ISO 9001 and ASPICE integration, and safety/cybersecurity standards (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155/R156)
• Manage release governance with checklists, evidence, and decisions across hardware, software, and PPAP
• Lead audits (internal, supplier, customer), promote 8D culture, and conduct metrics and management reviews
• Define tooling and traceability policies using Jira, Polarion/Reqs, CI/CD, and SBOM
• Exercise quality veto on safety, cybersecurity, and PPAP blocking items and chair Waiver Board decisions

Requirements

• 8–12+ years experience in automotive quality or systems delivery
• Exposure to ASPICE, Safety, and Cybersecurity standards
• Familiarity with PPAP and VDA 6.3 processes
• Strong facilitation skills with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Polarion/DOORS, CI/CD, SCA/SAST
