What you will do

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers based on technical tasks, market benchmarks, and legal certifications.
• Coordinate technical compliance activities including PPAP, product drawings, and change agreements.
• Monitor changes in EU legislation and update internal departments accordingly.
• Negotiate laboratory testing, define methodologies, and prepare testing plans.
• Define criteria for incoming inspections based on technical tasks and market claims.
• Manage responses to third-party requests from government bodies and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a relevant technical field.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+) required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards like IATF 16949 and problem-solving tools such as 8D and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and product development methodologies.
• Certification in automotive quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) is highly valued.
