What you will do

• Monitor and audit daily production lines using VDA 6.3 and implement corrective actions.
• Lead new product launches, ensuring first part approval and securing smooth ramp-up.
• Manage SPC charts, QM reports, and quality documentation within SAP.
• Handle customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and coordinate 8D reporting.
• Analyze scrap and rework data (PPM) to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise quality operators, including training, shift planning, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering.
• 5+ years of quality experience, with at least 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5.
• Expertise in MSA, SPC, Control Plans, FMEA, and PPAP.
• Proficiency in 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa problem-solving techniques.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Experience with SAP for quality data management and reporting.
