What you will do
- Manage employee contracts and maintain accurate administrative documentation.
- Oversee HR operations including timesheet reviews, vacation planning, and absence tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR team in Budapest.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and corporate presentations for the Sales team.
- Coordinate customer visits and support business development activities.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is essential for international communication.
- Proven experience as an HR analyst.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and intermediate Excel).
- Proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
