What you will do

• Lead and grow the engineering team, setting the technical direction and culture.
• Architect and oversee AI agent systems for high-load B2C traffic and complex multi-agent pipelines.
• Own the full technical stack, including TypeScript, Restate, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Define engineering processes, code quality standards, and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate the vision into scalable systems.
• Hire and mentor senior engineers as the team scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or LLM-based products in production.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
• Deep understanding of high-load B2C systems, focusing on latency, reliability, and scalability.
• Proven ability to lead teams through 0→1 and 1→N growth stages.
