What you will do
- Build and own the embedded finance and API partnership pipeline from outreach to signed commercial agreements.
- Target product, commercial, and technology leaders at fintechs, neobanks, and technology-led financial services firms.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals that align with partner needs and internal commercial models.
- Act as the commercial voice within the Partnerships Tribe to translate partner feedback into concrete product and integration requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the UK embedded finance landscape and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums to build market credibility.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or able to commute to the London office.
- Demonstrable track record in embedded finance, open banking, or B2B fintech partnerships.
- Experience structuring and closing commercial agreements with fintechs, neobanks, or technology platforms.
- Ability to navigate dual conversations with technical credibility and commercial acumen.
- Understanding of API integration concepts and the UK regulatory context for embedded financial products.
- Deep knowledge of the UK fintech and financial technology landscape.
