TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Sales Planning): Leading the post-sales lifecycle for CIQ Planning customers with an accent on implementation governance, adoption strategy, and revenue impact. Focus on building scalable methodologies, driving complex technical configurations, and acting as the strategic advisor for RevOps and Sales leaders.

Location: Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant). Remote role with preference for candidates in Austin, TX or Raleigh, NC.

Salary: $115,000 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for CIQ Planning, from implementation to expansion.
  • Define and enforce implementation milestones, exit criteria, and configuration oversight.
  • Design and maintain standardized customer journey stages, artifacts, and maturity models.
  • Proactively monitor Planning-specific health signals to drive adoption and prevent churn.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to Product, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Support expansion and renewal conversations with value-driven narratives and tailored demos.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS in RevOps, Sales Strategy, or technical CSM roles.
  • Hands-on experience running real planning cycles (territories, quotas, capacity, forecasting).
  • Technical fluency in configuring complex SaaS tools and working with data models and logic.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end implementation ownership and methodology building.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

  • Experience with planning tools like Anaplan, Pigment, or Workday Planning.
  • Background in SPM/ICM platforms such as Xactly or Varicent.
