What you will do

  • Maintain and apply technical expertise in Partnership (Subchapter K) tax for diverse clients.
  • Consult on tax-efficient structuring for partnership formation, disposition, and restructuring transactions.
  • Prepare complex Excel spreadsheets for 704(b) capital accounts, 704(c) allocations, and basis adjustments.
  • Draft technical memoranda on emerging and complex partnership tax issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide technical training and thought leadership to internal professionals.
  • Manage and develop staff within a highly interactive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent.
  • Two years of Partnership (Subchapter K) tax consulting experience at a major public accounting or law firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for detailed financial preparation and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
