Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York City or Boston (Hybrid)

Salary: $260,000 - $300,000

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract close.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound and inbound channels.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and craft tailored proposals aligned with customer goals.
  • Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams to ensure successful customer handoffs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, data platforms, or cloud solutions.
  • 2+ years of field experience with in-person customer engagement.
  • Proven success running complex enterprise sales cycles targeting engineering, data, or platform teams.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas in high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to data teams, developers, or technical buyers.
  • Background in data orchestration or Airflow-related technologies.
  • Prior success in a startup or high-growth environment.
