Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in studio)

What you will do

• Own the full localisation plan, including schedules, resource planning, and audio production.
• Manage assets through memoQ to ensure efficient translation workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams and external vendors to maintain high quality and meet SLAs.
• Monitor project budgets, provide forecasts, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
• Analyse and mitigate technical or cultural risks throughout the localisation lifecycle.
• Explore and implement internal and external AI tools for text and voice localisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in localisation, linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in localisation project management, preferably in the games industry.
• Proficiency in CAT tools, specifically memoQ.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
