What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of always-on account work and discrete projects for UK-based clients.
• Manage the full project lifecycle using JIRA, including sprint management and stakeholder alignment.
• Scope new initiatives, write Statements of Work (SOW), and manage project-level budgets and invoicing.
• Translate business requirements into technical briefs for design, development, and data teams.
• Implement and design AI-assisted workflows to improve agency operations and project delivery efficiency.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to pitches and proposals.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model.
• Proven experience in digital agency project management delivering technically complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of web builds, CMS platforms, data integrations, and CRM.
• Experience managing project margins, estimates, and commercial health.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with expert use of JIRA.
• Advanced experience with Gen AI tools for documentation, reporting, and workflow planning.

Nice to have

• Experience working with automotive, premium, or luxury brands.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Looker, or similar data platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems and frontend fundamentals.
