What you will do
- Lead and execute the regional growth strategy for Program and Construction Management services supporting transit and major transportation infrastructure.
- Serve as executive client lead for key Northern California transit agencies and municipal clients.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including capture planning, pursuit strategy, teaming, and executive-level interviews.
- Provide executive oversight of major programs to ensure excellence in schedule, cost, risk management, constructability, and stakeholder coordination.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while developing future leaders.
- Represent the firm externally through industry leadership and engagement in regional forums.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in program management, construction management, or major infrastructure delivery.
- Strong focus on transit and public-sector projects.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Established relationships with BART and other Bay Area transit agencies (e.g., VTA, Caltrain, SFMTA, AC Transit, Capitol Corridor).
- Experience supporting FTA-funded programs, alternative delivery methods, and large capital improvement programs.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level business development and client relationship management.
- Strong professional network across public and private sectors in Northern California.
