What you will do

• Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans with a primary focus on safety.
• Create comprehensive field job packages and job process workflows.
• Determine resource requirements including manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Generate bills of materials and assist in the development of lift plans and job safety analyses.
• Coordinate the timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment and materials.
• Maintain and update project plans in collaboration with schedulers and field contractors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Port Lavaca, Texas.
• Proven experience using SAP for production planning.
• Demonstrated experience working in turnaround or industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
