Pediatric Registered Nurse (Medtech)

Location: Remote (Must physically work in the United States and operate in the Eastern Time Zone). Quarterly travel to Tampa, FL required.

Salary: $40 - 47 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional proactive care and clinical triage for families via virtual touchpoints.
• Coordinate transitions of care following discharge from Emergency Departments, Inpatient, or Urgent Care centers.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs to establish goals.
• Develop and communicate detailed care plans in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Document all care management interventions and refer complex cases to social workers or behavioral health specialists.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility for additional state licensures.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of pediatrics experience (Outpatient, home health, or PICU strongly preferred).
• Must physically be working in the United States.
• Ability to work a 3x12 schedule (7:00 am - 7:00 pm EST).

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in care coordination or case management.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Familiarity with Medicaid regulations, Value Based Care (VBC), or virtual care experience.
