Pediatrician (Medtech)

Location: Must be licensed in Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, and/or Louisiana. Role is remote with up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $210,000–$225,000

What you will do

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients, overseeing care plans and coordinating with specialists.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers.
• Serve as the face of the organization, engaging with local medical communities and families.
• Deliver high-quality virtual care, including acute escalations, sick visits, and post-hospital follow-ups.
• Bridge care gaps and streamline referrals to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Educate and support caregivers in navigating complex health journeys.

Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted MD or DO license in Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, and/or Louisiana.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience.
• Experience managing children with medical complexity.
• Enrollment in applicable state Medicaid required.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm local time.
