Location: Must be based in the US, with a requirement to commute to the nearest hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement activities.

Salary: $90,000 – $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Lead two Agile scrum teams in executing the roadmap for digital servicing applications and API services.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experiences.
• Manage team flow and priorities while actively identifying and removing waste or distractions.
• Utilize agentic AI to generate empirical flow reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, including executives, clients, and program peers.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience.
• Strong background in Agile development and project management.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation, drug test, and fingerprinting.
• Ability to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence.
• Previous experience with enterprise-level APIs and PCF services.
