What you will do
- Configure and customize the platform by translating customer business and functional requirements into scalable product configurations.
- Act as the primary technical implementer for onboarding, implementation, and enhancement activities within cross-functional squads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and configuration issues to ensure system stability.
- Lead customer-facing technical discussions, providing clear and credible explanations of technical solutions.
- Own quality assurance, testing, and deployment to ensure predictable and defect-free releases.
- Utilize and drive the adoption of AI tools for configuration analysis, documentation, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software in customer-facing technical delivery roles.
- Strong skills in platform configuration, specifically with no-code/low-code or JSON-schema-driven systems.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level technical team members.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with AI tools in current professional workflows.

- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
