What you will do

• Maintain and extend the ASR C++ codebase for ground station and drone operations.
• Develop and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Lead HMI development and integration to optimize operator workflows.
• Integrate software components across ground station, drone, and communication subsystems.
• Develop operator-facing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and fabricate rapid prototypes using CAD tools and additive manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UAS, C-UAS, or software engineering.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Experience with system-level integration and architectural patterns like MVC, MVP, or MVVM.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel (25%) and work flexible hours for testing events.

Nice to have

• Experience in contested environments.
• Background in autonomy or AI systems.
• Military or operational UAS experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
