What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deal architecture for major opportunities and RFPs, translating complex requirements into executable solutions.
• Enforce a fit-to-standard approach to reduce unnecessary customization and ensure solution integrity.
• Design integrated end-to-end offerings across consulting, products (SDM / RFNO), and managed services.
• Own deal economics, including pricing models, margin targets, and the evaluation of commercial risks.
• Build and institutionalize standardized offerings, proposal templates, and reference architectures to scale delivery.
• Act as the central orchestration point between Sales, Consulting, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and RISE deal shaping and pre-sales.
• Expertise in end-to-end solution architecture ownership for large-scale deals (typically €1M+ complexity).
• Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Private Cloud, and BTP-based extensibility.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding pricing, margins, and commercial risk structures.
• Ability to drive a mindset shift from bespoke solutions to standardized, repeatable offerings.
