Solution Architect (PLM)

Focus on designing conceptual solution architecture, running workshops and PoC engagements, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business value.

What you will do

• Lead a technical implementation team across planning, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, build consensus across stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business value.
• Develop end-to-end conceptual solution architecture using standard and custom applications.
• Own solution delivery by transforming customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite.
• Lead or support Proof of Concept engagements and contribute to customer-facing proposals and statements of work.
• Manage technical teams (onsite or offshore) and provide coaching/mentoring while improving delivery methodology.

Requirements

• Location: Available to candidates located in Germany
• Significant PLM implementation experience (ideally 3+ years), including enterprise PLM implementations in an architect role.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write clear requirements, SoW/specification documents, and use cases.
• Strong technical foundation in data modeling, SQL Server, and Microsoft Office; experience with data migration from legacy systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills, including stakeholder negotiation and presenting in difficult situations.
