What you will do
- Support sales opportunities by shaping clear, competitive solution approaches with detailed estimations and high-level designs.
- Lead discovery conversations, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution design discussions to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and deliver impactful client presentations communicating value and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to align proposals with execution capabilities.
- Position SAP services across S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, data analytics, AMS, and end-to-end programs.
- Drive deal shaping by validating assumptions, identifying risks, defining timelines, and staffing models.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience, at least 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA delivery across greenfield, brownfield, or selective programs.
- Strong hands-on SAP delivery background in implementations, migrations, and transformations.
- Confidence in presales activities: proposal development, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, solution shaping.
- Skills translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions, leading discovery sessions and workshops.
- Develop solution roadmaps, delivery approaches, staffing models; engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), BTP, integrations, data/analytics, Activate methodology.
