TL;DR

Paid Ads Specialist (PPC/Google & Meta): Develop, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads to drive measurable lead generation with an accent on ROAS improvement, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaign iteration. Focus on hands-on campaign performance ownership, creative/audience/budget A/B testing, and producing actionable performance reports for clients.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Fully Remote)

Salary: $1,400 - $1,800 per month

What you will do

  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Analyze performance using data-driven insights and refine strategies to meet client goals.
  • Run creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to improve campaign results.
  • Learn and implement each client’s proprietary program and campaign setup.
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and related tools, with a proven track record optimizing for ROAS and lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for client communication via video calls.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
  • Ability to learn new client systems and approaches to align with unique processes.
