What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce and Excel reports to monitor pipeline health and operational KPIs.
• Analyze GTM performance trends and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and Marketing to align operational goals.
• Design executive-ready presentations and documentation to communicate complex data narratives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase GTM operational scalability.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations, or Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for designing reports and managing pipeline data.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations and storytelling with data.
• Ability to use AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) for analysis and research.
• Strong understanding of GTM concepts like lead lifecycles, forecasting, and funnel metrics.
• Must be based in Ottawa, Canada.
