Location: Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, UK; requires regular office attendance (at least once per week).

Salary: £38,784–£42,254

What you will do

  • Manage a caseload of employers, conducting regular meetings to ensure smooth apprenticeship delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and registration process for new apprentices.
  • Ensure full compliance with Department for Education (DfE) funding rules and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with university faculties to identify skills gaps and plan future apprenticeship cohorts.
  • Monitor apprentice progress, escalate concerns, and provide regular reports to employers.
  • Facilitate information sessions and webinars for both employers and applicants.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the Milton Keynes office.
  • Experience in a similar role within an apprenticeship or training provider setting.
  • Strong understanding of Higher and Degree Level Apprenticeship programmes and the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Knowledge of DfE compliance, quality assurance, and accurate data collection (ILR).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for dealing with large organizations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple demands effectively.
