TL;DR

Account Executive (PR/Communications): Supporting and executing thought leadership and executive positioning strategies with an accent on operational excellence and LinkedIn community management. Focus on coordinating content trafficking, managing executive social presence, and ensuring rigorous approval workflows.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY). Must be based in the US and able to work from the office an average of four days a week

Salary: $45,000 — $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate project timelines, status trackers, and WIP documents across multiple project lines.
• Manage high-frequency publishing and daily community engagement for high-profile executive LinkedIn accounts.
• Facilitate rigorous feedback and approval rounds with stakeholders, including fact-checking and asset sourcing.
• Handle operational administration including timesheets, contact reports, and Monday.com board organization.
• Deliver key assets such as editorial calendars, social copy, and performance/sentiment reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an agency setting (PR, Social, or Digital) or a corporate communications role.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn publishing, analytics, and community management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com.
• Familiarity with professional services, consulting, accounting, or financial industries.
• Strong editorial eye for proofreading, formatting, and compliance.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid setup (4 days/week in office)
