What you will do

• Adapt company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
• Provide corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation support to the region.
• Monitor legislative and jurisprudence developments in the Nordic jurisdictions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and revise legal templates and guides to contribute to company knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to manage complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Barred/practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience in top-tier law firms or in-house at a large-scale multinational.
• Fluent English and fluency in French or German.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities.
• Strong technical skills and emotional intelligence for effective communication.
• Must be based in or relocate to Madrid, Spain.
