What you will do

• Manage a team of 4 covering business partnering, forecasting, budgets, pricing, and financial modelling.
• Own divisional forecasting for P&L, cashflow, orderbook, Capex, and other internal financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the FP&A Director, CFO, and leadership team to design and deliver the business strategic planning.
• Present complex financial information at senior levels to ensure decision-making is based on sound financial data.
• Oversee overseas sales administration and consolidate the Divisional MPS for communication to manufacturing sites.
• Manage the Authentication SIP model and calculations for presentation to the Remuneration Committee.

Requirements

• Professional finance qualification.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Proven track record of effective business partnering at the Leadership Team level and strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in designing and delivering business strategy and planning.
• Knowledge and experience in cost accounting and management accounts.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience leading financials for Capex projects.
