TL;DR

FP&A Finance Manager (Finance): Leading the Customer Support Organization (CSO) Finance team and providing financial partnership to CSO managers with an accent on financial planning, analysis, and operational alignment. Focus on translating operating plans into financial forecasts, solving complex service economics challenges, and ensuring strong decision-making across service operations.

Location: Must be based locally in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and develop the CSO Finance team, ensuring high-quality delivery of FP&A and business-partnering support.
  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to CSO managers, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and driver-based models for service revenue and expenses.
  • Perform timely variance analysis against budgets and forecasts with root-cause explanations.
  • Collaborate with leaders on headcount planning and workforce scenario analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, tools, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A and finance business partnering within services or operations environments.
  • 3-5 years of experience in people management and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to communicate results to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Must be local to the position location.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting customer support or service organizations (CSO, GCS).
  • Familiarity with service business drivers such as labor utilization and cost-to-serve.
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
