What you will do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review packages and support BRM/CRM meetings.
• Analyze historical business performance to identify key drivers and advise on solutions.
• Provide financial partnership for daily operations, including pricing, rebate management, and margin analysis.
• Coordinate annual planning and budgeting processes for the business unit.
• Manage assets, inventories, and receivables, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Logistics to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work on-site in Tianjin, China
• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or business management.
• 6+ years of FP&A experience within multinational companies.
• Experience in manufacturing and proficiency with SAP (SAP key user experience preferred).
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 and data analysis.
