TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and execute the organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Build and manage a cross-platform content calendar integrating brand storytelling, product launches, and community engagement.
  • Write sharp, platform-specific creative briefs for the content team and oversee day-to-day account management.
  • Develop strategies to engage younger audiences and identify emerging cultural trends in real time.
  • Optimize organic social KPIs (reach, engagement, leads) and identify high-performing content for paid amplification.
  • Implement an AI-powered approach to brand tracking and social listening while managing a community management direct report.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media with a proven track record of driving organic reach and audience growth.
  • Deep platform fluency in Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok, with working knowledge of YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
  • Strong command of platform analytics and experience running data-driven experiments.
  • Experience managing multi-platform content calendars across concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of paid-organic synergy and algorithm distribution for non-follower reach.
  • Must be based in or able to work from NYC or Princeton offices on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports.
  • Previous experience at a DTC, subscription, or health & wellness brand.
