What you will do

• Lead People Technology projects from planning to execution, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (People, Finance, IT) to deliver technology programs and ensure timely execution.
• Manage bi-annual system releases, evaluating new functionality and presenting impact to business stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change management, including communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance the employee and manager experience.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge resources for global accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, or People Technology/HR operations.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Workday or other HRIS/People Technology platforms.
• CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
• Experience working in international or matrixed organizations.
• Exposure to organizational change management frameworks and practices.
