Engineering Project Manager

TL;DR

Engineering Project Manager (Project Management): Managing and forecasting project execution and team coordination with an accent on Agile methodologies and SDLC. Focus on project risk management, tracking delivery timelines, and maintaining technical documentation.

Location: Spain (Relocation support provided)

Salary: 4,500 — 5,500 €/month net

What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution.
• Track time and efforts while providing regular status reporting.
• Coordinate team activities and manage project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in team management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and OKRs.
• English: Upper-Intermediate spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare.
• Knowledge of Data tools: ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with Messaging/Queues: Kafka, NATS, BullMQ.
• Understanding of CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• PMP, PSM or equivalent certificates.
