What you will do

• Own the global roadmap for Virtual Accounts, prioritizing features to reduce time-to-market and increase activation rates.
• Translate complex B2B use cases from global fintechs, gig platforms, and e-commerce companies into scalable product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional squads to deliver production-ready features with clear SLAs.
• Optimize the end-to-end merchant experience, including issuance APIs, reconciliation reporting, and fraud controls.
• Collaborate with Banking Partnerships and Regulatory teams to navigate local compliance and technical constraints in new markets.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to position and pitch the product to prospective enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience building or scaling virtual account, banking-as-a-service, or account issuance products.
• Deep understanding of local payment rails in emerging markets.
• Technical fluency in API documentation, IPN/webhook flows, and system architecture.
• English: Advanced level is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona or Madrid.
