What you will do

  • Configure, launch, and optimize email campaigns including segmentation and personalization.
  • Build multi-step automated workflows based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Run experiments and analyze results to improve campaign performance and business impact.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key lifecycle marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align email initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead the transformation of email marketing into an AI-driven program.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience with ESPs, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance and user behavior.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with web-based SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with Customer.io or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Jira for project management.
