Email Growth Manager (Marketing/CRO): Growing email marketing as a conversion channel across all Ruby Labs brands with an accent on conversion optimization and growth experimentation. Focus on generating hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and scaling winning experiments to increase sign-ups and revenue.
Location: Remote (EU, Georgia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine). Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do
- Develop a structured experimentation roadmap and prioritize hypotheses to improve email conversion rates.
- Design and launch A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and funnel flows.
- Analyze test results with statistical rigor and roll out winning experiments across all brands at scale.
- Monitor competitors' email strategies to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Conceptualize new email sequences and lifecycle flows focused on driving sign-ups and conversions.
- Own and report on key growth KPIs including conversion rate, revenue per email, and experiment lift.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, growth marketing, or CRO with a track record of improving metrics.
- Proficiency with Customer.io (or Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo) and Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and experiment design.
- Experience with subscription-based or direct-to-consumer digital products.
- Strong command of AI tools integrated into daily workflow for research, ideation, and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
