What you will do
- Own end-to-end CRM lifecycle initiatives from strategic concept to execution and analysis.
- Build, QA, and launch complex multi-step Canvases in Braze independently.
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize retention and conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth levers and improve LTV.
- Partner with Country Managers to execute localized, culturally relevant communications.
- Develop reporting frameworks to translate CRM performance into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
- Advanced, hands-on Braze expertise including complex segmentation, Liquid logic, and content blocks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting cohort analysis and campaign performance metrics.
- Proven ability to prioritize high-leverage work and filter operational noise.
- Experience in designing mathematically sound experiments and control groups.
- Strong narrative communication skills for reporting to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech, digital banking, or mobile-first consumer applications.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
- Basic SQL proficiency.
- Experience working in a global, multi-market environment.
