What you will do

• Resolve challenging firmware and hardware issues for servers using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Execute workarounds and implement solutions for IT hardware problems.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians.
• Manage vendor warranty replacements (RMA) and create necessary requests.
• Develop and improve support processes, documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize data center operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Israel
• Deep knowledge of data centers and server equipment.
• Practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
• English: C1 proficiency required

Nice to have

• Skills in component-level electronics repair (SMD).
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Driving license type B.
