What you will do

• Manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Support queue management for on-hold projects and develop detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate daily with clients to gather necessary information and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with technical resources across multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and uphold consistent delivery standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles.
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to context switch effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a U.S. candidate.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as Splunk, IBM, or QRadar.
• CAPM certification or currently pursuing a PMP certification.
• Experience with professional project management tools and tracking systems.
