Senior Business Analyst (eCommerce)

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (eCommerce): Gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting solution delivery with an accent on ecommerce/experience projects, stakeholder workshops, and business systems analysis. Focus on designing clear requirements for business and technical users, assessing solution options, and collaborating with scrum/delivery teams through go-live.

Location: Poland (Hybrid or remote). Available until 18:00 PL.

Salary: 150–200 PLN net per hour (B2B cooperation).

What you will do

• Gather and document requirements; translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users.
• Plan, run, and facilitate workshops; review and assess customer source documentation.
• Identify and recommend solution options, assessing technical and business suitability.
• Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies and provide estimates for analysis work with Project/Programme Managers.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure solutions meet quality and customer satisfaction goals; support go-live.
• Provide user training for new systems as required and maintain client relationships, escalating business-critical situations when needed.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and working with Product Owners/Managers.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software delivery.
• Strong skills in business process mapping and systems analysis/design (including package integration and bespoke development).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder management skills; customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working with multiple ecommerce/experience platforms.
