What you will do

• Conduct operational audits across different departments to identify bottlenecks and process losses.
• Build process maps, SOPs, and RACI frameworks to improve overall workflows.
• Drive process improvements from the initial idea through to implementation and impact measurement.
• Work with Jira, Tableau, and operational metrics to monitor efficiency.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase business scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy Operations, Process Management, or Operations Consulting.
• Proven experience in conducting process audits and optimizing workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to identify root causes rather than symptoms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with Jira and comprehensive process documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in product tech companies or Big4 consulting.
• Experience building operational processes from scratch.
• Proven cases of delivering measurable business impact.
