What you will do

• Lead discovery and requirements discussions with stakeholders, developers, and product teams.
• Structure complex information into clear, actionable requirements for development.
• Untangle project ambiguity and help teams align on core goals rather than specific features.
• Investigate unfamiliar functionality and dependencies across interconnected systems.
• Support developers and QA engineers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Improve the intake and analysis processes within the Business Application Development team.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following countries: Netherlands, Serbia, Germany, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Poland, or Armenia.
• Solid experience in business analysis within software development teams.
• Ability to structure complex information and turn messy discussions into clear requirements.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycles.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently investigate unfamiliar systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to read code to understand system logic.
• Experience with technically complex systems or system analysis.
• Domain knowledge in billing, subscriptions, or payment processing.
