What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from initial development through to series production.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Several years of experience in project management within a high-tech manufacturing or product development environment.
• Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), product industrialization, or product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering environments involving hardware and software.
• Professional proficiency in English.
