Senior Driver Operations Specialist

Location: Onsite in Cairo, Egypt.

What you will do

• Oversee and optimize driver engagement processes covering attraction, activation, reactivation, and retention.
• Analyze the driver funnel from app installation and registration through first order across organic, digital, offline recruitment, and referral channels.
• Own the offline recruitment channel, including agent coverage, field processes, tooling, attribution, recruitment quality, and expansion into underserved cities.
• Develop and continuously improve driver activation and reactivation strategies.
• Plan and coordinate city launches, including travel to new cities and management of on-the-ground recruitment efforts.
• Manage suppliers, recruiters, and other partners while developing offers and engagement initiatives for drivers.

Requirements

• Ability to manage city launches and on-the-ground driver recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience working in technology companies.
• Educational background in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Operations.
• Experience in driver engagement, operations, marketplace, mobility, logistics, or similar industries.
