What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end distribution center operations, including staffing, shift scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking, and packing.
  • Coordinate personnel, maintenance activities, material-handling equipment, and third-party suppliers.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and stock availability by assessing demand, physical stock, inbound receipts, and outbound orders.
  • Monitor fulfillment processes, picker utilization, service levels, productivity, profitability, and operational costs.
  • Implement hygiene, sanitation, security, safety, shrinkage-control, and equipment-maintenance standards.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and discuss distribution center issues and solutions with the Country DC Manager.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in warehousing and distribution center operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work effectively in changing circumstances.
  • Very good English is highly advantageous.
  • Very good Excel and ERP system skills.
