Logistics Specialist (Customs Clearance)

What you will do

• Coordinate shipments and maintain daily contact with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
• Monitor Cargo X procedures and supplier document management through the Nafeza platform.
• Follow up with brokers on sample retention and compliance with Scales Authority and NTRA requirements.
• Manage the customs clearance process from Form 4 issuance through final cargo release.
• Maintain complete and accurate logistics data in the ERP system.
• Resolve shipment and clearance issues with relevant partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations and customs clearance.
• Knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations, including NTRA, Scales, and stamping authorities.
• Proficiency in Cargo X, Nafeza, SAP, and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong time-management, attention-to-detail, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
