What you will do
- Manage customer order processing and analyze order plausibility.
- Plan and book transportation orders and coordinate shipments from start to finish.
- Handle export customs processing, documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
- Provide shipment feedback and reporting to internal and external customers by email, phone, and EDI.
- Resolve operational issues and report non-conformances according to KPIs.
- Coordinate with approved subcontractors and ensure punctual, accurate order handling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of ocean export processes, regulations, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and industry-standard logistics or freight forwarding systems.
