Salary: €3,500–4,750 / month (full-time)

What you will do
- Perform detailed failure and defect analysis on electronic assemblies, PCBAs, and hardware systems.
- Investigate production and test failures using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware and electronics issues in manufacturing and test environments.
- Analyze defects from AOI inspections, ICT/FCT testing, production validation, and quality investigations.
- Collaborate with production, test engineering, quality, manufacturing engineering, and R&D/hardware engineering to improve product quality and test coverage.
- Validate and optimize inspection and test processes; document findings and propose corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and debugging electronic systems in electronics or PCBA manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of PCB/PCBA inspection and manufacturing processes, including AOI and microscopy/visual inspection.
- Experience with ICT and functional testing (FCT) and interpreting technical documentation, schematics, and manufacturing data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured root cause analysis experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
