Quick Response Team Engineer (Lithography)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite work in a cleanroom environment

Salary: €58,500–€66,000 gross annual fixed salary, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment, plus shift allowance.

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical and operational support directly on the Module Build production line.
• Troubleshoot disturbances, analyze root causes, and implement rapid containment actions to protect production continuity.
• Lead technical escalations and coordinate the right stakeholders to resolve production issues.
• Identify structural problems and implement process, technical, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Transfer knowledge across production support and execution teams while collaborating in a LEAN natural-team environment.
• Work approximately 90% of the time in a cleanroom close to the assigned production line.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s or vocational MBO4 degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, applied physics, automotive, aerospace, or an equivalent field.
• Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical production environment.
• Experience analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and determining effective solutions.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methods, technical project management, and product or process problem analysis.
• Availability for a two-shift roster, including one weekend shift every four weeks, overtime, and call-outs when production requires it.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for escalations when required.
