What you will do

• Provide first-line support to production operators to resolve technical and operational disturbances.
• Troubleshoot issues on the production line to ensure delivery performance.
• Implement ad-hoc containments to limit impact on subsequent production shifts.
• Lead technical escalations and coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely resolutions.
• Identify structural problems and contribute to process or technical improvements.
• Transfer technical knowledge within the factory to increase team solving power.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s or vocational (MBO4) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Automotive, or Aerospace.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical production environment.
• Proven experience with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift roster, including weekend shifts once every 4 weeks.
• Willingness to travel on an exception basis to customer sites.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations.
