TL;DR

Customer Success Analytical Consultant FMCG (AI/Analytics): Provide analytical and data-platform support to assigned FMCG clients to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, with an accent on category development insights, consumer buying behavior analysis, and translating data into actionable recommendations. Focus on delivering client presentations, training clients on NIQ’s Discover cloud platform, and generating thought leadership through events, newsletters, and webinars.

Location: Oslo, Norway

Salary: NOK 555,500–900,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Improve assigned clients’ NPS by delivering outstanding support for data platform and analytical needs
  • Develop business issue analyses and category presentations, then deliver insights and recommendations based on analytical work
  • Prepare and deliver thought leadership for client events, including newsletters and webinars
  • Generate sales leads using knowledge of clients’ businesses
  • Train clients in NIQ’s cloud-based data platform Discover to increase understanding and usage
  • Contribute to building a positive, engaging Nordic Customer Success team culture

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of FMCG industry experience in business analysis, market research and/or category management
  • Commercial degree in Economics with proven graduation results
  • Fluent Norwegian and strong Business English (verbal and written)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to transform data into narratives answering “why”, “so what”, and “now what” for clients
  • Experience using AI tools (including approved platforms) to improve speed, quality, and reach of insights
