TL;DR

Trainee - Commercial Operations & Insights (AI/Analytics): Run and progressively own day-to-day commercial systems, configuration, data quality, automation, and integrations, while building KPIs and dashboards that regional teams and leadership use for decisions. Focus on turning reliable data into self-serve performance reporting across four regions and using AI tools to improve reporting and operations over time.

Location: Stockholm (able to work from Stockholm)

Salary: ~30,000 SEK/month (starting salary, based on full-time)

hirify.global is scaling across Europe and uses a shared set of commercial and delivery data across regions.

What you will do

  • Run and maintain core commercial systems day to day: configuration, data quality, automation, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards in the analytics platform for regional teams and leadership.
  • Produce and progressively automate performance reporting across four regions.
  • Support new builds as the function grows across sales, retention, delivery, operations, and self-serve analytics.
  • Use AI tools and new systems to improve how reporting and operations are delivered over time.

Requirements

  • Graduate trainee role: bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent English; able to work from Stockholm.
  • Experience administering commercial or CRM systems (configuration, automation, integrations).
  • SQL and/or hands-on experience with a BI tool.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and building dashboards/reports people can rely on.
  • Self-directed, organized, reliable, and ownership-minded.
